Hasan Farid Joyia, Founder & CEO of Marksol Creative Agency, has been actively involved in business since 2016. Like many entrepreneurs, he faced serious challenges while trying to grow his ventures especially in marketing.Multiple agencies were hired, teams were onboarded, and significant investments were made but the results were disappointing. Campaigns lacked strategy, execution was weak, and growth remained stagnant.Instead of giving up, Hasan decided to learn digital marketing from the ground up. He invested time in mastering strategy, performance marketing, branding, content, and growth systems and successfully applied these skills to scale his own business.Once real results were achieved, the vision became clear:If these strategies worked for one business, they could help many others too.That vision led to the creation of Marksol Creative Agency not as just another marketing company, but as a business growth partner.Alongside entrepreneurship, Hasan has also worked professionally with HUM News as a reporter, covering sectors such as education, health, sports, legal affairs, and politics in Islamabad. His journey began in a remote border-area community, where access to basic digital infrastructure was limited an experience that shaped his resilience, perspective, and commitment to progress.
